\u00dccret politikalar\u0131 teknoloji kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 etkiliyor<\/b><\/h2>\n

Ekonomik nedenlerden dolay\u0131 geli\u015fmi\u015f olan \u00fclkelerde mobil operat\u00f6rlerin internet kullan\u0131m tarifeleri, geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclke halklar\u0131n\u0131n refah seviyesine g\u00f6re \u00e7ok daha uygun \u00fccretlere sahip olabiliyor.
